He has led engagements addressing full potential strategy, sales & channel effectiveness, digital strategy, customer segmentation & loyalty and ESG strategy.
Prior to joining Bain in 2020, Tomás spent several years in another top firm.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Cranfield University.
Tomás is married with one daughter. In his spare time, he loves sports, eating and travelling with his family.
