Stefano Gallazzi is a member of our Consumer Products practice.
He joined Bain in 2013 and has worked with multiple leading consumer goods companies, across soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, snacking, home and personal care, and others. His work primarily surrounds growth strategy, with deep expertise in marketing and commercial excellence.
His recent engagements have involved marketing transformation, category and channel strategy, route-to-market, operating model, across all global markets.
He holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering and robotics from his studies at Politecnico di Milano and ETH Zurich.
He is passionate about trail running and windsurfing, and lives with his wife in Zurich.
