Siddhartha Karri leads Bain's B2B Customer Experience product and is a leader in Bain's Communications, Media & Entertainment practice with a deep focus in Digital Infrastructure. 

Sid has 14 years of management consulting experience, serving clients in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. He has significant expertise driving digital infrastructure assets to full potential and has advised leading digital infrastructure investors and operators across a breadth of topics. 

He also advises clients across industries on B2B sales and marketing topics, with a particular focus on customer loyalty, GTM transformation, commercial operations, and the Net Promoter System.

Beyond client work, Sid is a leader in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and champions the Chicago Asians At Bain affinity group.

Prior to joining Bain, Sid worked for Deutsche Bank in Singapore. 

He earned an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a BE (Hons) in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
