Michael White

Michael is a member of our Private Equity practice, specializing in technology and software.

Michael advises clients in commercial due diligence and post-acquisition strategy projects, with a particular focus on vertical, horizontal and IT infrastructure software.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked as an investor in private equity, where he gained firsthand insight into the investment lifecycle and operational value creation.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.
