Michael Collins is our Chief Operating Officer and a member of the firm's Consumer Products and Retail practices.
Michael primarily advises clients on corporate, business unit and product strategy. Since joining Bain in 1992, he has worked with management teams to develop and execute growth strategies, evaluate acquisitions and divestitures, improve capabilities and implement organizational change.
He has also assisted clients across numerous additional industries, including media and entertainment, automotive, telecommunications and industrial products.
Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree, with high honors, from Loyola University, Chicago.
