Matteo Binetti is a member of the firm’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Customer practices.
He has extended expertise across different industrial sectors with a major focus on aerospace & defense and construction. His core capabilities include strategy & business development, commercial excellence, customer experience, service operations and performance improvement.
Matteo successfully led several international projects, including setup of new joint ventures and strategic alliances between global players.
Prior to joining Bain in 2016, he worked as a consultant for an Italian consultancy firm.
He holds an International MBA from MIP Business Schoool, a master’s degree in industrial management from the Politecnico di Milano and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cagliari.
