Giovanni Meola

Giovanni Meola is part of the leadership team of our Private Equity and Enterprise Technology practices.

Giovanni has more than 13 years of management consulting experience with us. He advises financial investors and their portfolio companies on both buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes, as well as in the development of post-acquisition value creation plans.

In private equity, he has mostly worked in technology, professional services, industrial goods and consumer products. He also has extensive corporate experience in different TMT sub-sectors, including software, telco, and media clients, and has worked on several technology-driven transformation plans in different industries.

Prior to joining us, Giovanni had a short work experience at Procter & Gamble and has performed a period of research at the Laboratory for Manufacturing and Productivity of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Giovanni holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and is an alumnus of the Alta Scuola Politecnica.
