Frederico Sato is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Utilities & Renewables practices. He joined Bain in 2022 and has over a decade of experience in management consulting and private equity.
Frederico has worked with large multinational and national groups across industries, including utilities, mining, industrials, automotive, financial services and consumer goods. He has led several projects related to performance improvement, M&A, growth strategy, strategic planning and organization.
Before joining Bain, Frederico worked for two top management consulting firms where he led various international cases. At NOVA Investments, he developed a 170MW wind farm greenfield complex in Northeast Brazil.
Frederico Sato holds an MBA from Ibmec Business School and a Production B.Eng degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
He is fluent in English and Portuguese and is proficient in German.
