Boyce has worked with pharmaceutical and other clients leading integrations. He has focused on integrations with a heavy operating model or organizational design component. He also has experience leading large transformation initiatives and helping manage through change.
Boyce has been with Bain since 2011 and has worked in the firm's Atlanta and DC offices.
He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Davidson College.
