We’ve gathered some of our Blacks at Bain members and former Black alums to honor and shed light on the work of our people, and what we’ve done and are continually doing, as a firm, to be a more socially and racially equitable place to work, specifically highlighting (for) our Black community.
At Bain, we’re putting our money where our mouth is when it comes to racial equity and social justice. We made a promise to commit $100M in global pro-bono investment over five years to promote racial equity and social justice. And it doesn’t stop there.
In our last installment of our Black History Month mini-series, we’re joined by Bain partners, Jon Barfield in our NY office, and Darren Jackson in our LA office, both members and leaders within our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practice and Blacks at Bain community. Listen as they discuss our investment in driving meaningful and sustainable change through initiatives like adding Racial Equity and Social Justice as a fourth pillar of our global social impact platform, launching a dedicated DEI practice area to support our corporate clients, hosting a Black Leaders Forum and more.
We’re continuing to “up our game” (do better and improve) for the Black community at Bain and our broader communities. We are working to be a positive vocal force for change when it comes to addressing issues of systemic racism. To learn more, you can check out our commitments for DEI.
