WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work within Creative Services, part of the Bain’s global Operations organization that specializes in providing high-quality presentation design services to support our consulting teams and practices. Our designers seamlessly integrate design expertise, storytelling techniques, and data visualization skills to create presentations that deliver insights with clarity and impact.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM 

As an Associate you’ll play a crucial role in producing high-quality presentations and design materials that support our teams globally. Your work will help our consultants and teams effectively communicate insights and strategies. This role is fast-paced, deadline-driven, and requires strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.


WHAT YOU’LL DO     

  • Create compelling presentations and design materials using Bain-approved tools and software.
  • Collaborate with consultants and staff to ensure deliverables meet Bain’s corporate standards.
  • Manage your workflow to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Uphold Bain’s Operating Principles—Results, Teamwork, Professionalism.


ABOUT YOU

  • You have at least one year of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree; design background and portfolio are preferred.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with advanced or higher English proficiency (C1+).
  • You have a service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • You’re detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • You take a proactive approach to learning and personal growth.
  • You enjoy working independently but also love collaborating with a team.
  • You're adaptable and comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and schedules.
