Sao Paulo – March 11, 2021 – Bain & Company has announced that Luiza Mattos, a Sao Paulo-based partner and an expert in the firm's Healthcare and Customer Experience practices, has been named a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum. Luiza has been recognized for her professional business contributions, client impact, and her commitment to promoting gender parity and developing young female leaders within Bain and beyond.
Luiza is one of 112 of the most promising leaders under the age of 40 named to this year’s YGL class. Nominated from around the world, the young leaders are assessed according to rigorous selection criteria and have demonstrated their commitment to serving society. The Forum of YGLs works closely with the World Economic Forum to integrate young leaders into deep interaction with other stakeholders of global society.
“On behalf of her Bain colleagues in South America and around the world, I congratulate Luiza on this well-deserved honor,” said Alfredo Pinto, head of Bain South America. “Now more than ever, her experience in healthcare and her leadership in the areas of gender parity and inclusion are in great demand.
