Naomi Weber

Naomi Weber is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠ practice, where she designs and delivers end-to-end capability-building programs for clients worldwide. Her work integrates live (in-person and virtual) training, self-paced digital learning, coaching, and reinforcement to drive lasting behaviour change.

Naomi partners with senior executives to shape learning strategies and upskill leaders and teams across a range of topics, including Agile and product model adoption, sales manager and rep upskilling, strategic thinking, and leadership development. She has trained multiple Bain global and local training programs.

With over 15 years of strategy consulting experience, Naomi has advised clients across industries on customer and growth strategies and organization design. She has extensive expertise in capability building for leadership teams and for agile, product, customer, and commercial transformations. Naomi is a Registered Scrum Trainer™, Agile Coach™, Scrum Master™, and Product Owner™ credentialed by Scrum Inc. She is also a certified MBTI instructor, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, and trained in Co-Active coaching methodologies, as well as Search Inside Yourself and Immunity to Change.

Prior to joining Bain, Naomi served as a Teach For America corps member and taught second grade in Newark, NJ.

Naomi holds an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University and a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
