Tom Rooney

Tom Rooney is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources, Mining, Performance Improvement, and Supply Chain Management practices.

He has extensive experience in a range of mining commodities, and other extractive industries, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues.

He primarily focuses on supporting clients in achieving their strategic and operational full potential from existing operations, as well as projects.

In addition, Tom has deep experience in growth strategy, portfolio optimization, operating model design, merger integration, and commercial due diligence.

He holds bachelor's and master's degrees, with high distinction, from the University of Cape Town.
