At Bain Hong Kong, our culture reflects a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere focused on developing strong relationships, both internally and with our clients. Bain actively engages in pro bono work in Greater China, partnering with esteemed organizations like the Hong Kong Ballet, as we passionately strive to make a positive impact beyond the walls of our office.
Hong Kong Ballet
The Hong Kong Ballet has been performing in the city for 30 years, but still operates with a small budget. Bain recently helped the ballet conduct a strategic review of its full potential and developed recommendations for organizational requirements, fundraising efforts, and board composition.
Diverse and Inclusive Community
We embrace diverse experiences, backgrounds, strengths, and perspectives to create an inclusive environment. With leading global gender ratios of approximately 60% women overall and 45% in leadership positions, we value and leverage everyone's talents to drive breakthrough results.
Greater China Green Team
The Greater China Green Team is an affinity group dedicated to fostering sustainable lifestyles through community service, office initiatives, and knowledge exchange. They organize sustainability-related volunteering events and implement office recycling programs. Members share eco-friendly tips with Bain employees through newsletters and office sharing.
