Steffen specializes in advising industrial goods and services companies on designing and delivering value creation programs and large-scale transformations. He has advised public, family and PE-owned firms on optimizing operational processes, production sites, corporate efficiency programs, and growth-driven strategies.
He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University Munich and an MBA from INSEAD.
