Shradha Vaid

Shradha Vaid is a member of the Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice with a focus on strategy and digital transformation. 

Shradha has nearly two decades of consulting experience across India and GCC. Her main areas of focus include strategy, business transformation and digital transformation.

In addition to her client work, Shradha is involved with various Bain initiatives including local sustainability & responsibility efforts, and Bain India’s people agenda.

Prior to joining Bain, Shradha was a founding member & partner at a boutique consulting firm.

Shradha earned her MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and holds a B.Tech in electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.

Outside of work, Shradha and her husband are proud parents to two young and energetic boys. She is an avid photographer and baker.
