With over 15 years of consulting experience, Sameer specializes in end-to-end cost transformation across operations topics, including supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and planning. He has led multiple transformation projects for multinational corporations, gaining an appreciation and understanding of change management across regions.
Additionally, Sameer has been at the forefront of deploying AI / Gen AI in procurement and manufacturing operations.
Before joining us, he spent 12+ years at another top firm. He holds an MBA and B. Tech. in chemical engineering.
Outside of work, Sameer enjoys staying active by hitting the gym and running with his wife. They are proud parents of two young children.
