Olga is the leader of our UK Utilities & Renewables practice and a member of our broader Energy & Natural Resources practice.
She has spent over 20 years helping her clients transform and drive results to achieve their full potential through a range of levers, from strategy and operating models to commercial excellence and performance improvement.
Olga has deep expertise in the utility sector across energy, services, and water. She has supported clients across upstream generation including renewables and storage, midstream and networks, as well as downstream retail across both domestic and business customer segments.
Olga is also a Non-Executive Director of Energy System Catapult/Innovate UK, a UK-focused energy innovation incubator.
Prior to joining us, Olga worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Olga lives in London with her husband and two sons. She loves the outdoors, especially wild camping, canoeing, hiking, and skiing.
