James Wallace is a member of our Retail and Performance Improvement practices.
Since joining Bain in 2016, James has advised clients in the food, beverage, and restaurant sectors, specializing in supply chain reinvention and strategy. His most prominent client projects include a distribution strategy and network redesign for a leading global fast-food restaurant chain.
In addition to his casework, James is very involved with recruiting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He previously worked in Singapore and UK focused on recruitment consulting within supply chain.
James holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and earned his BSc in physics from Imperial College and the Open University.
