Heinrich Zinn

Heinrich Zinn is a member of our Private Equity practice.

He has worked on a large number of assignments with a focus on due diligence and value creation projects for private equity and growth equity investors, as well as corporate clients. Heinrich spends the majority of his time on TMT-related topics (in particular on software and IT services). He has worked on multiple complex transactions across regions.

Aside from client work, Heinrich is a member of Bain's Professional Development committee and supports the recruiting efforts of the firm.

Heinrich earned degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
