Ferdinand is a member of our Private Equity practice, with nearly ten years of consulting experience. He advises financial investors and their portfolio companies on due diligence processes, as well as the development and implementation of value creation plans.

He has deep sector expertise in industrial goods and services, as well as B2B software, and serves global clients on growth strategies, commercial effectiveness programs, and performance improvement.

Ferdinand holds a master's degree in technically-oriented business administration from the University of Stuttgart.
