Dina is a member of our Tech Due Diligence practice.

She has extensive experience in the technology due diligence space, having worked on 50+ engagements across geographies. She also works closely with private equity and corporate investors to test and plan their investment thesis and assess potential synergies within their portfolios.

Prior to joining Bain, Dina was a Manager/Associate Director within the Software Strategy Group at another management consulting firm. She also gained experience as a Technical Support Engineer while at RSA Security, and as a Voice Networks Engineer with Orange Business Services.

Dina holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, Said Business School and a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the American University in Cairo.
