In-N-Out Burger, a US based fast food restaurant, menu is very simple it has only 4 types of hamburgers versus 14 different types in McDonald’s. It has one size cup for soda versus 3 different types in Burger King. One sized fries. And yet, their profit per store is about 30 percent higher. Their approach to customer service is simple. The simpler the better.
