We invite incoming MBA candidates who identify as women to apply for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship summer internship in one of our Europe, Middle East, or Africa offices. We want to support your journey by connecting you with Bain leaders for mentorship opportunities.

As a selected participant, you'll gain access to our Lead to Inspire Fellowship and receive dedicated mentorship. Your mentor will be deeply committed to your growth, offering personalized guidance to help you make informed career decisions and support you in preparing for your summer internship interviews with a Bain office in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.

How to apply for this program
We invite incoming MBA candidates who identify as women, are starting their MBA in Fall 2025 or January 2026 at an eligible school, and are interested in a summer internship in one of our Europe, Middle East, or Africa offices to apply for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship.
