POSITION SUMMARY 

This role involves managing HR operations, with a primary focus on performance development (PD) operations for consulting teams. In this role, the individual will be instrumental in running performance review processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

  

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  

  • Responsible for managing & leading all operations related to consulting performance review  processes for allocated consulting cohorts (prepare meeting data, insights on all consulting staff for review meetings, promotion meetings and performance management/performance-based transitions) and also responsible for preparing performance review decks.  
  • Manage employee records in the HR systems and other PD related trackers/ MIS and maintaining HR dashboards
  • Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement automation solutions
  • Creation of HR policies, manuals, and process documents   
  • Manage the payroll inputs for consulting staff (comp changes, bonus inputs, exit inputs etc.) and liaising with Finance team to ensure closures
  • Master & own all performance management related systems and policies.
  • Collate case feedback, preparing individual snapshots for ratings meetings, pressure test ratings with case leadership & present insights in the ratings meetings.
  • Independently and accurately, update and track people movements in grade level, compensation levels using HR systems to ensure zero-defect in employee’s profile  
  • Manage all compensation activities for consulting staff – responsible for tracking all consulting level changes and execution of related comp changes  
  • Manage the annual performance bonus and comp review process for consulting staff  
  • Drive the upward feedback process (bi-annual) for the consulting cohorts  
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing people initiatives and process improvement.
  • Managing 2-3 team members and overseeing the processes they manage  

  

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Post-graduate in Psychology or HR
  • 7-8 years of work experience with relevant experience in HR operations
  • We would prefer candidates with experience in Tableau and exposure to Performance management related roles in consulting firms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
