Munich – 24 September, 2018 –Management consulting firm Bain & Company and Bosch Connected Industry, an operating unit that combines software and services for Industry 4.0 under the name Nexeed, have entered into a partnership to bring their collective Industry 4.0 technology and management expertise to companies seeking to maximize the benefits of digital within their operations.

According to Bain & Company, a systematic approach based on a solid assessment of the company’s starting point and individual opportunities is essential. All too often, when companies embark on a digital transformation, they focus on business model changes while ignoring or underestimating the value of digitalization in operations – where the real short- and mid-term potential of digital transformation lies.
