Genziana Ciulla is member of our Financial Services practice with a focus on Banking.
She has worked with tier-1 banks in Italy. Her work primarily covers commercial excellence in retail and SME banking, digital banking, customer experience and product innovation.
Her case portfolio includes deep work on revenues boost programs, digital turnarounds, customer journeys design, innovative and digital products launch. She has worked also for industrial plans definition, organizational redesign and JV's set up.
Genziana is an active member of Womxn at Bain where she leads the Womxn at Bain Forum initiative.
She holds a master of science in Management from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy). She also studied abroad at the Cox Business School, Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas).
She completed the Sustainability and Value Creation Executive Program from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Genziana is a passionate reader and (sometimes) writer, she attended several classes at the Holden School.
