Federico Poncemi is a member of our Financial Services and Transformation & Change practices.
He has advised many of the top banks in Italy and the Mediterranean, primarily supporting full potential transformations and business unit strategies redesign, often including M&A / divestitures advisory.
His case portfolio is rich with long-lasting value creation collaborations, on both organic and inorganic initiatives; a particular emphasis has been on B2B service models and digital acceleration programs, for both clients and employees.
Federico also adds to the firm significant transformation experience in programs for asset managers, especially those on distressed credit, special situations and real estate.
Prior to joining us, Federico worked in the finance department at L'Oréal and graduated from the Politecnico di Milano with an MSc in management engineering.
Outside of work, he enjoys good food, good friends, and good football - not necessarily in that order.
