I joined the Bain Capability Network in August 2017. I've been working with teams across the PoV service line, helping define and drive growth and people initiatives. I manage Bain Insights, which provides bespoke PoV support and maps industry influencers and thought leaders to identify emerging global trends.
I have more than 13 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, business development and market research in India and the Middle East. Prior to the BCN, I was a vice president at a consulting firm, advising on retail, consumer goods and e-commerce. My noteworthy achievements include leading several commercial due diligence cases resulting in investments across companies in India and South Asia, and playing an instrumental role in developing e-commerce consulting capabilities. I'm a regular contributor to print and electronic media and have spoken at various industry forums and panel discussions.

I hold a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, cryptic crosswords and fine arts. I'm also a nature lover, and have an interest in yoga.
