Apply now as Talent Professional in our talent department at our Zurich office, starting in June 2025 for 12 months (fixed-term).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Support our Talent team in various areas, including staffing and deployment planning for a group of consultants, training coordination, and performance evaluations.

    Lead the onboarding process and guide new hires through their integration.

    Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding Professional Development related queries.

    Work closely and proactively with the Staffing Leadership Team to ensure optimal preparation of consultant availability.

    Prepare and document performance evaluations for consultant groups.

    Gather all necessary information, communicate with the evaluation committee, ensure quality control of feedback, and manage updates.

    Support the promotion process by gathering recommendations, creating documents and facilitating discussions with leadership teams.

    Act as a key advisor for consultant professional development, providing guidance on career progression, skill enhancement, and performance improvement.

    Independently create key documents (contract amendments, employment certificates, confirmations, etc.).

    Support various Talent projects.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

    Successfully completed degree (at least a Bachelor's).

    Prior experience in human resources or talent management, preferably in consulting, professional services, or recruitment.

    High level of flexibility, commitment, and quality awareness.

    Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a precise and structured way of working.

    Service-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

    Creativity, humor, and a positive attitude.

    Fluency in both German and English and enjoyment of teamwork.
