Press release
BOSTON—August 8, 2023—We are pleased to announce the promotion of more than 70 individuals to the senior leadership positions of partner and expert partner, effective July 1. This diverse group of leaders ranges from recent hires, whose extensive expertise and prior experience enables us to deliver client results in new ways, to those who started their careers at Bain and have built distinctive track records over the course of their tenures.
Regardless of the path they have followed, each of these individuals has distinguished themself based on the impact they have had on our clients and firm—through thought leadership, operating excellence, and a commitment to inspiring and mentoring some of the world’s top business talent.
We congratulate this next generation of leaders and look forward to what we will accomplish together.
