Yehong Min

Yehong Min is a member of our Private Equity practice.

Yehong is focusing on commercial due diligence, post-merger integration (PMI) and value creation for portfolio companies of private equity funds.

She has served clients in a wide variety of industries including private equity, consumer goods, industrial goods and financial services. She has extensive experience in corporate strategy areas such as full potential strategy, new business strategy, global expansion strategy and M&A.

She is a graduate of Yonsei University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
