Natalie Naidoo

Natalie Naidoo leads the transformation agenda for Bain Africa. She is a member of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources practice and the Digital practice.

She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, including mining where she held various operational, technical, strategic and executive management roles.

Natalie’s specialty is in digital transformation, including strategy, enablers - operating model & orchestration and results delivery. She works with ENR clients in the EMEA region to bridge digital strategy with scale deployment for results.

Natalie holds a BSc (honors) in chemical engineering and a BComm in economics and quantitative management.

Outside of Bain, Natalie is passionate about mentorship and the general uplifment of South Africa.
