Mona Moschko

Mona is a leader within our global Bain Academy.

She works closely with Bain’s priority clients to create best-in-class and bespoke learning experiences with long-term impact. Exemplary topics include inspirational leadership, agile, change management, strategic thinking and high-impact communication.

Since joining Bain in 2015, Mona has worked in the firm's Zurich and New York offices. She is actively involved in recruiting and Womxn@Bain. Mona is also a trainer and facilitator at various Bain global training programs.

Mona is a certified Scrum Master, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from University of Mannheim, Germany and a Master's degree in Strategy & International Management from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
