Kara Tolub is a member of our Financial Services practice.
She has worked with large Australian financial services companies, in the wealth management, life insurance and P&C insurance sectors. Her work primarily focuses on corporate and business unit strategy.
She deploys both 'today forward' and 'future back' perspectives to ensure robust, collaborative strategy development.
Beyond her client work, she is a member of Bain's Professional Development Committee, and a leader of a talent cohort. Over the years, she has also been a core contributor to the development of flexible working practices in the Australian office.
In her personal time, Kara is the proud mum of two daughters and a son.
