Jad Zerouali leads our Financial Services practice in the Middle East.
Jad has advised leading conventional and Islamic banks across the region on a range of topics, including corporate and business unit strategy, channel and sales strategy, digital transformation and customer experience. He has covered all banking segments, from low-mass to private banking, as well as from SME to large corporations.
Jad is also acknowledged as an expert on operational efficiency, cost optimization, organization design and IT strategy.
In addition to his financial services clients, Jad has supported several private equity funds in their sell and buy-side diligence efforts.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked with several leading global firms and financial institutions, including Attijariwafa Bank, Bank Al Jazira and another global consulting firm.
Jad holds an engineering degree, with honours, from Ecole Centrale Paris. He is also an MBA graduate from INSEAD in Singapore and has studied at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania through the school’s exchange program.
