Alex Stefan

Alex Stefan is a member of our Retail and Consumer Products practices.

He has more than 12 years' of consulting experience across EMEA and the Americas – working with leading grocery retailers, wholesalers and consumer products companies.

Alex specializes in advising clients across food, beverage, and beauty categories. He has deep expertise in large scale transformations, value creation plans and commercial due diligences for both corporate and private equity clients.

Prior to joining Bain in 2016, he has worked for two leading management consulting firms (in their Brussels, Paris and New York offices).

Alex holds a master's degree in business and economics from the Solvay Business School in Brussels, and has studied at the Universidad de San Andres in Buenos Aires. He is fluent in French, English and Romanian, and has working knowledge of Spanish and Dutch.
