We look back on 2023 as another impactful year for Bain & Company’s Social Impact team in London, with a >50% increase vs. 2022 in Social Impact hours contributed and 21 full-time, pro bono consulting projects.
The London Office contributed ~£14M in pro bono consulting, and our people invested more than 60,000 hours to various social impact initiatives. These include our dedicated social impact ringfence, office-wide day of volunteering, Community Action Team projects, social impact externships and other voluntary initiatives.
