Yeounghoon Yang

Yeounghoon Yang is member of our Private Equity practice. He also leads Bain's Web3.0 practice and a key member of Digital insurgent practice. 

He joined Bain & Company Korea as a consultant in 2017. 

Since joining Bain & Company, he has served clients in a wide variety of industries including private equity, industrial goods, tech, consumer goods, and financial service. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy areas such as full potential strategy, new business strategy, global expansion strategy, and M&A.

As a member of Bain's Private Equity Group, he has been focusing on commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, and value creation for portfolio companies of private equity funds.

Currently, he is playing significant role in our digital practice as leader of Web 3.0 practice and a key member of Digital Insurgent practice. 

He is a graduate of Yonsei University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
