Vikram Chandrashekhar is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Telecommunications practices. 

Vikram leads Bain’s M&A practice in India and has advised clients on growth, strategy, and M&A for close to 15 years, across India, North America, and Australia. He has helped clients drive market-beating growth across a range of situations, including turnarounds of stalling brands, accelerating high-growth businesses, extending into new verticals, and successful acquisition and post-merger integration.

Vikram has been published in several mainstream and business publications and co-authors our firm's India M&A report.

He earned an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and holds a graduate degree in Computer Science Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore.
