Tessa Bysong

Tessa Bysong is a member of our Performance Improvement practice, and focuses primarily in industrials including heavy manufacturing and chemicals. She has nearly two decades of consulting experience.

She has deep expertise in cost management topics, including supply chain, procurement, and operations optimization and has advised clients in strategy, acquisitions, and organizational design.  In addition, she leads Bain’s Circularity, Supply Chain Traceability, and upstream Scope 3 products in North America.

Tessa received her BBA from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from INSEAD. She has worked in Bain’s New Delhi office, as well as at Bridgespan in Boston.
