Stanley Chen is a member of our Private Equity practice. He also has significant experience in the Technology and Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors.

He has significant experience in the technology and healthcare & life sciences sectors. Stanley has worked with many leading global private equity and sovereign wealth funds, leading industry scans, commercial due diligence, and portfolio value creation initiatives.

He also advises multinational and local corporate clients in the technology and healthcare industries on a range of topics, including strategy, commercial excellence, operational and cost transformation, and organizational change management.

Stanley holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
