Søren Konnerup

Søren Konnerup is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice.

He has a focus on energy transition and renewable energy – particularly offshore wind and future of fuels including PtX and green gas. He also has deep expertise within offshore wind tendering, where he has led several projects in both the European and US market.

Søren has led several projects with global leading players across utilities, OEMs, project developers, grid operators and energy consumers. He supports these clients on cost transformation, operating model, commercial excellence, and strategy.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked in the Danish Ministry of Finance for almost 5 years.

Søren holds an M.Sc. in Political Science from Aarhus University and Humboldt University, Berlin.
