Simon Zhu

Simon is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources, Performance Improvement, and People & Organization practices.

He primarily works with clients in metals & mining and Oil & Gas, supporting executives and management teams in achieving strategic objectives and reaching operational full potential.

Simon also has deep experience in operating model design, transformation & change, and commercial due diligence.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys being a dad, spending time with his family, and is passionate about tennis & travel.
