Samer Bohsali

Samer Bohsali leads the Social & Public Sector practice for the Middle East and holds more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience.

In his role at Bain, Samer advises government leaders and senior policy-makers on policy definition, organizational restructuring and governance, as well as national vision, sector and ministry strategy development. He also has deep expertise on topics concerning government modernization and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Bain, Samer served as a partner at another top consulting firm, in addition to co-founder and COO of Cyberia Holdings.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the American University of Beirut.
