Roger Zhu

Roger Zhu is a member of our Financial Services, Retail and Advanced Analytics practices.

He has more than 10 years of consulting experience, primarily focused in North America.

Roger advises private equity and corporate clients on asset due diligences, with a focus in the fintech, payments and retail spaces. Additionally, he leads strategy work for Bain's corporate clients in those industries across a broad set of topics, including enterprise strategy, international expansion and M&A. Roger is also an expert in Advanced Analytics, leading implementations of practical applications of AI/ML and data strategy.

In addition to his client work, he leads Asians at Bain (AAB) in Boston. He previously led our Boston associate consultant recruiting efforts at Dartmouth.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) from Dartmouth College.
