Pol Tarragó

Pol Tarrago is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

He has worked with industrial and consumer products companies, and large utilities on their transformational efforts. His work primarily focuses on Accelerated Performance Transformation both for public and privately owned companies.

Beyond his client work, Pol is a leader of Iberia's recruiting efforts.

Before joining us, he worked in venture capital and start ups, and graduated from IESE Business School.

Pol is married and is a proud father of three.
