He has about 20 years of management consulting experience.

In the private equity sphere, Pino has worked with investors across the value chain, including market scans, DDs, value creation plans, and exit strategies, mainly in the fintech space.

In financial services, he has deep expertise in retail banking, payments, insurance, and digital assets.

Pino has extensive experience across developed and developing markets, having worked in more than 20 countries across the globe. He has been based in London, Milan, New York, and Mexico.

He holds an MBA from Stanford and a degree, magna cum laude, from La Sapienza. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
