Pedro Ross is a partner in the São Paulo office. He joined Bain in 2004 and has 21 years of experience in management consulting.
Since joining Bain in 2004, Pedro has worked with the top management of many large national and multinational groups including retail and consumer products industries in various segments - cosmetics, food, medicine, clothing, home, electronics, etc.
Pedro led several transformational projects for these groups, both in the organic agenda (with an emphasis on revenue acceleration and digital transformation) and in the inorganic agenda (with a focus on post-merger integrations).
He holds a degree in mechatronics engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.
He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
